Whether you’re looking for a supportive community space, a chance to boost wellbeing, or tailored skill development, our classes are designed to celebrate every body and every mover.

From clubs that build connection and joy, to skill sessions that nurture creativity, to wellbeing classes that support mind and memory, we provide movement opportunities that are flexible, welcoming, and adaptable to individual needs.

Skilled sessions

Developing dance and creative ability! 

These sessions are available upon request. 

Contemporary Choreography 

A creative dance class where participants learn contemporary dance techniques and build short routines together. The focus is on expression, creativity, and teamwork, rather than “perfect steps.” Each session encourages individuals to explore movement at their own pace, helping build confidence, coordination, and performance skills. Suitable for both beginners and experienced dancers

Step by Step 1-1 

A bespoke dance and movement session tailored to the individual’s needs, goals, and abilities. Whether focusing on building confidence, improving coordination, developing choreography, or supporting specific learning styles, this private class offers undivided attention in a supportive environment. Perfect for those who benefit from a quieter space, want to progress at their own pace, or are preparing for performances.

Community Classes

Regular community-based class. 

CommuniTEA Spirit
(Currently not running)

A gentle, social movement class for 60+. Blending music, rhythm, and easy-to-follow movement, this session creates a loving, supportive space to connect, share, and enjoy being active together. A cup of tea and conversation often follow, strengthening the sense of community.

Urban Movement Sessions
(Youth SEN sessions are on hold currently)

A specially designed class for adults with additional needs. Using music, rhythm, and simple movement exercises, this session focuses on inclusion, fun, and accessibility. Activities are adaptable so everyone can join in at their own level, making it a truly welcoming class where participants feel supported and included.

Wellbeing Sessions

Movement for health, memory, and emotional balance. Social prescribing dance classes.

Movement for Memory

A shorter, structured class that uses rhythm, repetition, and fun dance patterns to support memory, focus, and recall. The exercises are designed to stimulate both the body and the brain, making it especially beneficial for individuals with learning differences or those who benefit from routine and clear structure

Movement for Mind 

An uplifting session that uses music and dance to support mental health, self-expression, and emotional regulation. Participants are encouraged to move in ways that feel good, with activities designed to boost mood, reduce anxiety, and improve focus. A safe space for exploring creativity while supporting overall wellbeing.

(1 Hour)

Holistic Movement Practice

A gentle, guided session combining elements of dance, stretching, and mindfulness. This class promotes body awareness, relaxation, and emotional wellbeing through accessible movement. It’s designed to help participants connect mind and body, reduce stress, and enjoy moving in a supportive environment.
